Shipping Policy

At ColLove Bags, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

  • Domestic shipping (Colombia): 2 to 5 business days.
  • International shipping with FedEx (estimated):
    United States and Canada: 2 to 4 business days.
    Europe, Asia, and Australia: 5 to 7 business days.

Important notes:

  • Weekends and holidays are not included.
  • Shipping estimates do not include the order processing time or the day the package is shipped.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been dispatched.
  • All shipments are subject to address verification.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on destination and package weight.
  • United States and Canada: Free shipping may apply to orders over $100 USD (depending on current promotions).
  • Europe, Asia and Australia: Free shipping may apply to orders over $150 USD (depending on current promotions).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package on the official FedEx website.

5.Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • ColLove Bags is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or events beyond our control (weather, customs, strikes, etc.)

6. Customs and International Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
    Note: For detailed information regarding taxes, duties, or additional fees that may apply in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please note that if these charges are not paid and FedEx is unable to deliver your order, refunds will not be issued.
