Refund and Returns Policy

At ColLove Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions

1.Return Period

• You have 10 to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or refun

2. Product Conditions

• The item must be:
• Accompanied by the purchase invoice or receipt.
• In perfect condition, unused and undamaged.
• With original tags and packaging.

3.Exchanges

• Items can only be replaced if they are defective. If you need to exchange an order, send me an email at info@collovebags.com.co

4. Return Process

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
• Contact us at info@collovebags.com.cowith your order number.
• We will provide instructions for returning the product to our address.
  

5.Refunds

• To make your return easier, we can provide you with a prepaid return label at a cost of $40 USD, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
• If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any customs duties or charges incurred upon return will also be deducted from your refund.
• We will notify you once your return has been received, as well as confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
• Once approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days.
• If your package cannot be delivered due to refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties, or incorrect addresses, all related costs —including return shipping, customs charges, and any additional carrier fees— will be deducted from your refund.
